1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- Items must be in the original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included (if applicable).
- Personalized or custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@thebudgy.com or call +917487878760 to request a return or exchange. Please provide the order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Return Authorization: Once we approve your return request, we will send you a Return Authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
- Shipping the Return: Return the item(s) to us using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it and process your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as sending the wrong item).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow these steps:
- Contact us to initiate an exchange request, providing your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the item you wish to receive as a replacement.
- If the new item is available, we will send it to you after receiving the returned item.
- If the item you requested is out of stock, we will offer you an alternative or issue a refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Customized or personalized items
- Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@thebudgy.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item. We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged or defective item, and we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including the return shipping cost.
7. Late Returns
Any returns made outside the 30-day return window will not be accepted, and the item(s) will be returned to the customer at their expense.
8. Return Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving a damaged or incorrect item).
- Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item, we may charge a shipping fee for sending the replacement item.
9. Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@thebudgy.com. Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it is subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
